What Causes Pain And Stiffness In Between Shoulder Blade And Neck?
hi i have been having on and off pain and stiffness between my shoulder blades right under and on the neck for about 3 months. recently i was on a soccer game as a goalkeeper and every time i scream or shout (very intensely i must say, around 80 percent of my full capacity) i feel tingly and numb on my left arm. i will turn 16 years old on november.

Well u may hav injury to shoulder during sports , sleep , or any physicl activity nerv damage may hav occured or any neuropathy. U may consult neurologist to sugest fr u vitamin -B complex, vitamin b12, gabapentin. Giv it rest fr 1 week. Do massage. And hav good diet
