What Causes Pain And Pressure In Left Ovary And Lower Back?

So I ve had some pressure off and on in I thought my left ovary and pain in my lower back on that side too.Got a internal ultrasound and it was negative for anything with my ovary and uterus. Left a urine sample but so far no results. WHat could this be?

Hi welcome to HCM...

Pain at ovarian area might be from cyst in ovary ....

So here USG not suggestive of any significant gynecological cause .....
So no worry for that ....

Sometime urinary tract stone or colitis like infection can lead pain....

Let's see your urine report ...
If shows pus cells and bacteria than antibiotic given for urethritis ....

If after all this work up cause not clear than it could be simple muscular pain ....
For which analgesic can be given ...

Also check your hemoglobin level and calcium level....and corrected if low ...

Advise : physician consultation. .
