What Causes Pain And Numbness In The Lower Back And Upper Leg?

I have had a lot of exrays so I know My back vertabraes are all bad from the top all the way to the butt bone from top to waist its ike a domino affect and the lower back there is nothing in between the vertabraes to cushion its bone to bone. I m 64 and will not get surgery my health is too bad . I get cort. shots every 2 weeks. My question is the lastweek and half my right leg from my waist all the way down into my right foot on the rightside hurts and has numbness and pain. My question is what could be causing this?

I can understand your concern.
Nerve root compression between the vertebra is the cause for your symptoms.
Nerve roots are coming out from the spinal cord and supply back and both lower limbs.
Since there is reduced intervertebral space in your x ray, nerve roots are compressed and this causes pain and other symptoms.
You should do vigorous physiotherapy like ice packs, warm water pad, ultrasound, wax application etc. Avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise. Avoid movements causing pain.
Wear lumber belt when you are standing or sitting.
Take pregabalin and methycobalamime combination.
