What Causes Pain And Numbness In Left Arm?

Hi yesterday.from dinner time onwards was having pain in my left arm,more like a ache.also my hand felt numb and cold.still having the ache in my arm this morning but not as bad. I do suffer with high blood pressure and chlorestral. Have tablets for these but not picked a prescription up for at least 2 months so not had tablets could this be the reason for the pain

This pain is most likely cervical disc syndrome i.e. CDS. An X-ray of cervical spine will determine the part of spine effected. Most likely reduction in intervertebral disc gaps is causing compression on nerve. Reasons may be many. OR simple osteophytes pressurizing the nerve. Medicine and procedures are similar with any cause except few additional medicines for degeneration.

Ayurveda medicines given with collar support, physiotherapy etc and decoction of some herbs are very useful and non toxic in such conditions.

May consult any Ayurveda physician with above reports for proper comments or consult me through direct question on HCM
