Hello,
Welcome to health care magic,
I will keep the possibility of
musculoskeletal pain as the first and most likely in your case.
There might be also possibility of compression of nerve root in
cervical spine leading to
pain in arm but i will think this later.
I will advise to check your vit B12 and vit D3 level.
I will also advise you to X-ray and MRI scan to rule out the
nerve root compression possibility if symptoms persists for a longer time despite treatment.
Till that time take Tylenol with antacids available over the counter and neurotropic medication can be started consulting your doctor.
Also, avoid lifting weights, Sit with support to back. You can consult physiotherapist for help.
Physiotherapy like ultrasound and inferential therapy will give quick relief.
If it would be musculoskeletal pain is which is most common then i may get subsided with 3 or 5 days symptomatic treatment.
Consult your doctor for further advise.
Hope this answers your query.
Regards,
