What Causes Pain And Burning Sensation During Urination?
Hi, about 2 weeks ago I was having what I believed was a UTI. My doctor put me on bactrum which kinda helped but I felt like didn t make the symptoms completely go away. She said the urine test showed no infection. I still have some painful urination and a couple of days ago I had a little blood when I wiped myself.I also now have a burning sensation in my vagina. Kind of like a yeast infection without the itching. She sent me for an ultrasound earlier today, just not sure when I ll get the results

According to me wait for the report of ultrasound as it can be Kidney stone or any other problem related to kidney which can be the reason of UTI plus hematuria (Blood in urine).
I am not suspecting yeast infection as most common presentation of yeast infection are itching plus curdy white discharge.
Till the reports come drink plenty amount of water eat citrus fruits and start antibiotics (Sulfamethoxazole-trimethoprim, Amoxicillin, Ampicillin, Ciprofloxacin) as per your consultation.
