I had a mirena iud for a little over a year after having my second child. My lower back hurts everytime I bend and it felt really stiff while trying to get back up. I thought my back was hurting because of having my second child and never thought about rather it's the iud. I just got my iud removed last week and my back felt better after two days, but today and it's been a week I woke up with lower back pain and my right side stomach cramped. Felt like I'm going to have my period. What is going on why am I having this back back off and on? Please help!
