I have been using nystatin for a couple of days now and have noted some mild numbness on my tongue where the thrush lesion was and also on my inner cheeks. should i continue to use the nystatin. also, i have been diagnosed with mono (approx 1 1/2 weeks ago) and have had a chronic headache for the last 3 days-should i be concerned about that? i do not have any dizziness or weakness noted, just a headache.
