Hi,

I think you have currently mentioned this as cough syncope. The treatment for cough syncope lies mainly in the treatment of the cough. Medicines like Montelukast, a bronchodilator like Salbutamol and antitussive medications should help you with the cough.

The syncope that is resulting in the right-sided sensory symptoms is highly indicative of further investigation of the brain and blood vessels supplying the brain. I would recommend an MRI test of the brain with an angiogram. This would be needed to rule out any possible impending stroke.

I have tried to make it as simple as possible. Feel free to contact me if you need any further details.
