General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to gastroesophageal reflux disease. I recommend to do an electrocardiogram to exclude cardiac issues. Meanwhile, I suggest to use antacids three times a day. I also suggest to use Pantoprazole 20 mg before breakfast to lower the acidity in the stomach. I also suggest to avoid food that might trigger the symptoms.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
