Neurologist 's  Response
Hello!

My name is Dr. Aida and I am glad to attend you on Healthcaremagic!

Your symptoms could be related to a pinched nerve or a bulging lumbar intervertebral disk, leading to sciatic nerve compression.
Do you have back pain?
Coming to this point, I would recommend consulting with a neurologist for a physical exam, a lumbar spine CT scan or MRI study and a nerve conduction study.
Meanwhile, I would advise avoiding weight lifting and prolonged standing up position.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Best regards!
