What Causes Numbness In Hands During Night?

Dear Doctor I face night asleep problem due to numbness in both hands. I am taking madecine Mingab-puls,Falicita,Septa-N and amitop plus, but unfotunitely this combination not work well. myself awake more then five times in night still, kindly help me what I can do

Hello,

You are suffering from numbness in hands at night. Due to discomfort to ain't able to sleep well at night. You are under some prescription medicines but it is not working. You have not mentioned anything about your past illness. If you are diabetic, keep your blood glucose level under control. Raised blood glucose levels may cause worsening of your symptoms.

You are suggested to stay away from addictions if any. Get clinically examined by a neurologist. Get all nerve function test, nerve conduction velocity tests done. Get the required imaging tests done to get the detailed study of the pathology that is causing you symptoms. You will be treated accordingly. In the mean time, take food good for the nerves. Food rich in vitamin B6, B12, B1, and B2, seeds like pumpkin seeds, green leafy vegetables like broccoli, asparagus, spinach, kale, etc. Consuming it daily will aid in curing neuropathic pain.

Food that helps to repair nerves, apples, berries, oranges and grapes. Flavonoids in fruit, such as quercetin, can help soothe neuropathic pain and you can also take supplements. Take NervUp forte capsules once daily for relieve. Nerve damage may take time to heal, have patience. Hello,

Your symptoms could be related to bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome. For this reason, I recommend consulting with a neurologist and performing nerve conduction studies. Hand surgery for nerve decompression may be needed.
