Addiction Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Neurological problems like numbness and tingling are common in people with alcohol related problems due to deficiency of vitamins. If your symptoms are transient, then vitamin supplementation will help but in later stages, the nerve damage may be irreversible. In my opinion, you should consult a doctor and also cut down on your alcohol intake.

Best wishes.
