Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
I think you are having cervical spondylitis of the neck. it leads to compression of the nerve and it causes tingling and numbness in left arm. I would recommend you to get MRI of the neck to see how much compression is there because according to that we can plan further management.
I have following suggestions for you.
1. You will need neck muscle physiotherapy and intermittent cervical traction exercises.
2. Tablet Pregabalin and Methylcobal for one month.
3. Wear soft cervical collar so that there is minimal compression of the nerve.
4. Avoid using very high pillow.
