What Causes Numbness And Tingling In Right Hand After An Accident?

I was rear ended in a motor vehicle accident on September 22nd, 2013. I have been seeing a doctor and physical therapist for severe neck pain, arm pain, numbness and tingling in my left hand (that has resulted from this accident ever since. If dealing with these symptoms arent enough, I slipped and fell on the ice this morning and landed pretty hard on my right side. Now my right arm aches pretty terribly and I am having the same numbness and tingling in my right hand. Where do I go from here? Do I just talk to my physical therapist at my next appointment and tell them that I fell and am now having pain and numbness on the other side or do I call my doctor about this separate issue? Or do I just wait a couple days and see if the symptoms subside?
