What Causes Numbness Across The Neck, Moving Down The Arms And Back?

I am experiencing numbness across my neck/back and down my arms. It seems to be setoff by a movement such as extending my head forward or a move to the side. It radiates down my arms and across my back then in a few minutes subsides and goes away completely. This has happened several times over the past few months.

Hi,

It seems you have cervical spondylosis with root compression. X-ray and MRI cervical spine are indicated. Physiotherapy is the likely option.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Tushar Kanti Biswas,
