What Causes Nose Bleeding Along With Black Stool And Dizziness?

I have the following 5 symptoms: 1. Bloody noses. 2. black stools. 3. dizzyness 4. breathlessness 5. frequent diarrhea. I ve had a series of heart tests & a chest X-ray with no helpful info. What are some things that could cause these combined things?. By the way, I m diabetic & have IBS, exercise regularly & my weight is normal. When I have the bloody noses, I check my blood pressure & blood sugar & they have been normal in the past.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

As per my clinical experience, the nosebleed with black stools indicates a systemic fault of coagulation as coagulation factors, platelets, liver disorder or else. The dizziness is following low haemoglobin by blood loss. An ideal hematologic workup is the best solution to conclude the diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
