What Causes Nodule In Thyroid?
HI I had a cat scan yesterday of my lungs...stomach...and pelvis.... W..hat they found is a nodule on my throid and he wants me to have an ultra sound. what does this mean. I take symbacourt for my breathing problem ...pro air for my asthma problem ..and I want to know if my fibroids have changed any since my last CT. and they found a nodule on my throid..... I just found out and the office is closed...I have an apt. Wed. I am shocked... what does this mean.... thanks....

There is nothing to worry about just on having a nodule in thyroid, most of the thyroid nodules are benign in nature, but you must cooperate the doctors and get the nodule thoroughly screened.
