Hi,
After surgical menopause, symptoms are not felt so long as the ovaries are functioning normally. Only when the ovaries have stopped producing the hormones, or if the ovaries also have been removed along with the uterus due to some reason, that you experience the menopausal symptoms. If you are below the age of 50-55 years, you may ask for hormone replacement therapy. Else, you can wait for natural adjustment to occur and meanwhile practice breathing techniques, yoga etc. Hope this helps.
