What Causes Nerve Pain In The Testis?

My boyfriend and I were having sex and he stopped and said it felt like he hit a nerve near his testicle/scrotum area, it was intense pain at first but then subsided and he said it was instant heat to his testes can you tell me what may have happened, and if he needs any medical attention?

My Impression-
Based on facts of your querry, your body freind seems to suffer from-
Testicular nerve squeezing trauma, which has given burning pain, which subsided later on.
Slipping of the squeezed testicular nerve has caused this burning pain in testes.So its nothing to worry.
Remedy-
If any pain remains after 48 hrs, Take Tab Neurobion- x 10 days time. and Tab-Diclofenac -1 x 2 per day x 5 days time. with tight ugies.
so Don't worry and take care as suggested above.

Hope this would help you to resolve your worries and plan further treatment with your doctors there.
