What Causes Needle Pricking Sensation In Eyes While Having Rheumatoid Arthritis?

Hello, I have been having sensations in my eyes that feel like sharp needle pricks on and off the last few days. I can even feel them in my eyelids. I have rheumatoid arthritis could this be a symptom of this or even a complication? I have had shingles on my side a couple of weeks ago but and have had other strange bumps on my skin but I just don't know what it is.
