What Causes Need For Pleasure And Sleep Issues After Prolapsed Disc Operation?

im 45 5,2 and 16stone female i had a back op on my spine for prolapsed disc 3yrs ago now and ever since then i have the urge to keep pleasuring myself 2 or 3 times a night 7 nights a week and afterwards i cant sleep and instead of being relaxed im pacing up and down at all hours ive spoken to my doctors about it but they just think its amusing
