What Causes Nausea, Vomiting, Tiredness, Sleepiness And Excessive Sweating?

hi am 34 years old for the past month i have been extremly sick neasua, throwning up after throwing up I get very tired/sleepy and fall asleep very quickly, I start sweating and get clammy and cold chills while sweating its always liquid nhot very much of an appite, no energy. this feeling/sickness comes and goes daily usualy after 8pm I dont get any of these syspmtoms . i dont have insuarnce cant afford the dr so what are some thngs i should watch for/?

Your presentation might be from viral infection or some other significant pathology...

For that physical examination is must..
-Lymph node palpation
-Liver, spleen palpation
-abdominal tenderness
-Auscultation.etc...

Than suitable investigation done like.....
-Peripheral smear examination
-CBC
-CRP
-USG etc according to need....

According to cause than treatment given..
If needed typhoid ruled out by Ig M detection...

For vomitting and acidity temporary you can take Rabez DSR...
