Hello, Passing the stool three times in day or some time four times in day could be normal one if does not have any symptoms like abdomen pain, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, in my opinion the diet could be the cause for the diarrhea, so try to change the diet, avoid taking spicy food, greasy, fat containing food, have semi solid light diet. Just to clear the doubt of chronic dysentery stool can be sent for culture sensitivity test beside this several test are there if really needs to rule out the pathological changes of GI system, you can discuss this with Gastroenterologist.
