What Causes Nausea, Headache And Loss Of Appetite?
HI, Since last Wednesday 3/14 I felt nauseated, headache, no appetite, neck and shoulder pain and I was supposed to get my menses but not enough blood to have a cycle. I have been in bed since Thursday and still feel sick with no changes. please help me.

Is there a possibility that you are pregnant - when we’re your last period? Are these regular? Did you do a urine pregnancy test. Sickness and vomiting can be related to non gynae causes as well - like digestive issues, infections in kidney and urinary bladder, or in womb and ovaries.
