What Causes Nausea And Weakness After Having Period?

I was 7 days late, figured it was because February was a shorter month, but that would still make me 3-4 days late. Then I started my period, very heavy flow, with large blood clots. One was like a little smaller than a golf ball. My period ha now stopped but I am continuing to feel very nauseous and weak, and I m eating SO much, I never feel full. Also, my tummy feels harder and looks a little bigger. What could be happening?

I appreciate your concern. You have not mentioned your age and whether you are from reproductive age group, whether you are using any contraception or not. Larger clots and heavy bleeding could be due to missed abortion in reproductive age group. Heavy blood loss from from the body could lead to dizziness and fatigue. If you are not expecting pregnancy then blood clots and heavy bleeding may be due to some uterine pathology. I advise you to consult a gynecologist for further investigation and examination.
hope I have solved your query. Thanks.
