What Causes Nausea And Pelvic Pressure Without Periods?

Hello I am 6 months post partum I have started having pelvic pressure and am going on 37 days with no period. Over the past few days I ve had horrible cramps and bouts of nausea almost like I can feel a surge of hormones then I get the cramps and I feel like I m going to start my period but it goes away. I do not have really any pregnancy symptoms as I had all of them with my last pregnancy so I m doubting I m pregnant. I do ultrasound and decided to scan myself and see if maybe I had a cyst or something all I saw was a moderate amount of free fluid in the cul de sac and my uterus is a little on the large side. Also ever since I have had my baby I have gotten horrible left upper quadrant pain that goes from my stomach down to my left lower quadrant. Any idea what could be going on ?

Do one blood test for beta hCG and ultrasound scan to rule out underlying pathology including possible pregnancy. It will be helpful for you.
