(like i said im not a drinker and i drank way more then i could handle) ... BACK on track though.. i woke up and my right arm wasnt working and my right eye was twitching. its now almost tuesday and my eye is still twitching randomly and my right arm is still weak. It has gain some straingth back but my middle finger, ring and pinky still have no strangth in them and get stiff. i been nausous and still have a headache. I am sorry this is so long but im trying to give details and will be glad to give more after a response. should i be concerned or will this all go away ? thank you .. - D

Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.
History of alcohol intoxication, Loss of consciousness, and neurological deficit in form of right eye twitching and right arm weakness associated with head injury puts you in category of moderate to severe head injury. It required complete examination and investigations in form of CT brain if required.
I suggest you to consult a neurosurgeon or emergency physician for further examination and evaluation for traumatic brain injury.
Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
