I would advise you the following in such a situation: Get a consultation of a Doctor for clinical evaluation, examination and investigations of blood, urine, stool, X-ray chest and Ultrasonography as required to get to the proper diagnosis thus helping a proper medical management. Good diagnosis helps the best possible treatment. Empirical treatment as per the symptoms like Paracetamol, antispasmodic, multivitamins and probiotics needed be taken. Do not self treat as this can lead to further complications in presence of unclear diagnosis.
