What Causes Nausea And Dizziness With Chest Pain And Back Pain?

s blood negative, ive been getting bouts of nausea and dizziness chest pain and tummy have grown, and now im getting lower back and abdomen pain.

Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Pain in abdomen, lower back, chest, dizziness and nausea is indicative of flu that is viral infection or so.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Get a consultation of a Doctor for clinical evaluation, examination and investigations of blood, urine, stool, X-ray chest and Ultrasonography as required to get to the proper diagnosis thus helping a proper medical management.
Good diagnosis helps the best possible treatment.
Empirical treatment as per the symptoms like Paracetamol, antispasmodic, multivitamins and probiotics needed be taken.
Do not self treat as this can lead to further complications in presence of unclear diagnosis.
