What Causes Nausea Along With Fatigue And Severe Headaches?

have had spondylolisthesis since accident 2006.3 surgeries:lumbar 2006, cervical 2013, thoracic T-12-13 2010. Never smoked-husband heavy and inconsiderate smoker, alcoholic. New orthopedic spine surgeon has put me through CT scans & several MRIS-----advises that osteoarthriric spine soon requires further surgery in all 3 areas. I ve been having violent, sudden falls-1 concussion 2015. Surgeon considering further lamination, fusion. decompression with therapy. Had COPD exacerbation May 22 this year with 2-week hospitalzation. PCP & Pulmonary Specialist treating me must manage my COPD before Dr. Kerner will operate on me. What causes nausea and fatigue, sharp headaches at temples--new symptom? Thank You

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It seems you have a lot of complications. Since you have a history of COPD & are continuing to take the medications prescribed for it, you should take healthy, nutritious food for COPD medications are strong. Fatigue is because of it, eat well, take food rich in fiber & avoid stress. You can have Liver function test done to rule out any liver dysfunction, take antacids for relieve. For headache take Paracetamol, it can be due to weakness, constipation, dehydration & anxiety. Sleep well & take multivitamins to feel better. Stay away from addictions if any. Take care.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K.
