Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, though symptoms match with inflammatory bowel syndrome but it can alsobe related to ulcer as you mentioned and a repeat endoscopy may be needed. For other symptoms meanwhile motility agents like domperidone or itapride before meals can be used alongwith continued antacids like omperazole etc. A baseline blood work up alongwith TTG antibodies and stool for occult blood as well as stool antigen for H pylori may also be needed.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
