Hello,

Nausea and vaginal bleeding are a common side effect of emergency pill. The chances of pregnancy in this situation are very low. The side effects will go away gradually. These side effects are presented usually the month that you take the emergency pill.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi
