My partner fell backwards while kneeling on the floor and hit the back of her head fairly hard on the corner of the end table. She had a small indentation but now a small goose egg has come up around the indentation. She does not have a headache and does not feel dizzy or woozy and did not lose conscientiousness--nor does she feel nauseous. She is wondering whether or not we should go to the hospital for a cat scan to make sure there is no internal bleeding going on. What do you think?
