Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. Your symptoms are suggestive of hormone imbalance as the possible cause of the delayed menstruation. Sudden weight disturbances, stress, infections, use of certain medications and cysts of the ovary can lead to such abnormal menstrual patterns. I would ask you see a specialist for a proper clinical appraisal of the situation. You need a complete hormone assay, trans-vaginal sonogram, general blood counts and urinalysis. Further management can be planned accordingly. Hope this helps.
