What Causes Nausea, Abdomen Pain And Cramps?

I have been consuming KLAP tablets which is a combination of Ornidazole(400mg) & Oflaxacin(200mg) for some Gastro issues developed in my stomach.
But im getting a lot of nausea, Abdomen pain and cramps, dizziness and weakness.
Not sure why is it happening. Can anyone please in this regards.
