What Causes Muscles Spasms In The Left Shoulder And Back?

Last 3 weeks have had 4+ severe moving muscle spasms, left top shoulder to mid lower jaw area, right back side of arm pit, lower left mid below belt area, across to right-same area, then right upper thigh. Each area lasting about 9 hrs. Taking Flexeril 5mg
