General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Really, felt sorry to hear of your illness, no doubt MS can be debilitating and depressing. But I would advise that you should not give up and fight the disease .The symptoms you said are typically of progressive MS, what I can understand is that you should see your neurologist. You can also do physiotherapy, psychotherapy, or many more helps available. So do not give up. Come back with more courage. Hopefully, things will get better for you. You can also search for online groups for MS , so that you share your thoughts there and may get help.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
