What Causes Multiple Nodules At Lung Base After Left Kidney Removal?
My father has gone through left kidney removal last week.
In CT diagnosis it was found that he is suffering from metastsis and multiple nodules were found in Lungs bases.
where as in biopsy report Renal cell carcinoma was found with stage of pTb3 pN0 pMo. Mo means it is not metastsis.
I want to confirm still there are chances that it is not spread in Lungs.
