Hello,

Which surgery you have undergone?? Some sinusitis or infection possible after general anaesthesia.

So you may use water vapour inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days.

Use tablet montelukast and levocetirizine.

If symptoms not improved please consult your ENT/Physician specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
