Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. If you mean vaginal discharge by mucous, some amount of discharge is a normal phenomenon. In the current scenario, if you have been experiencing spotting after the intercourse, you need to have a clinical evaluation to rule out local causes like erosion, polyp, infection etc. If you are regular with your cycles, an intercourse in the safe period does not cause pregnancy. Hope this helps.
