Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of mouth ulcers and split tongue after taking Flagyl which is common after taking this course in many individuals due to poor immunity. Usually they resolve by themselves in few days.

Need not to worry. I would suggest you to

- Avoid spicy food and acidic drink.

- Drink plenty of water and fluids.

- Apply dologel on cut area's as it will fasten healing.

- Do warm saline rinses and use antiseptic mouthwash like chlorhexidine.

- Avoid intake of sharp and spicy food.

If the condition do not resolve in 4-5 days then consult dentist for proper examination and to rule out other conditions.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Get Well Soon.

Best Wishes,
