What Causes Mouth Sores, Nausea And Burning Sensation During Urination?
I m a 34 year old female, my symptoms include sores on the corners of my mouth lasting as of now 2 1/2 weeks, nausea, soreness on the vaginal area, burning while urinating, and lastly as of today, a very small green vaginal discharge and blood spotting. Is this possibility a std? Oh and recently seen a doctor for a burning pain and red dots under my breasts.

I should see if it's related to any shingles or just fungal infection of the skin.
Sores on the corners of your mouth, associated with nausea, and soreness on the vaginal area could be related to a primary diagnosis of the red spots under your breasts, including fungal infection.
Should get some tests done to determine the right diagnosis:
- complete blood count
- urine analysis
- vaginal swab testing
- abdominal ultrasound
For the moment, I can only advise to
- keep well hydrated
- keep good genital hygiene
- take cranberry supplement
- take probiotics early in the morning
