What Causes More Thirst And Urination And Tiredness?

I drink a lot, due to always feeling thirsty, I urinate much more than what is considered normal and I am tired again even after only a couple of hours after I have woken up in the morning. Im and 18 year old 5"2 female around 130lbs with no serious medical history.

There are lot many causes leading to the triad mentioned here. Commonest among them are systemic disorders of blood sugar and thyroid levels as diabetes mellitus, hypothyroidism, and others. Need to get physician evaluation, necessary laboratory work-up for the diagnosis and final management.
