What Causes Missed Periods While Pregnancy Tests Are Negative?
Hi, I have a had a history of missed periods, the recent being in Jan this year where I was 8 weeks late on my periods. I had normal bleeding in feb and march, I am usually on a 28 day cycle and the last period I got was March 12, however since march I have become sexually active and I took an ECP just before my last period on march 12. I have taken 3 hcg sensitive preganacy tests and all were negative and I still havnt had my periods and I am 3 weeks late.

The UPT which done after week of missed period is highly accurate. If it is negative you are less likely to be pregnant. You can go for trans vaginal ultrasound.
And also see OBG specialist to rule out PCOD.
