What Causes Missed Period, Stomach Cramps And Spotting?

I have had all symptoms of early pregnancy and was 4 days late as of sunday. I ve been cramping for two weeks straight. I stopped cramping on Friday and then Sunday night I was spotting. All day Monday I had very watery bright red blood with no clots. I have had no cramping and no blood since Tuesday morning. Could it be possible that this was not my period?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It might be a normal period, implementation bleeding, ovaries cyst, hormonal imbalance or Oral contraception effect.

This needs evaluation. Kindly revert back with your complete menstrual, obstetric and contraception history.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
