hi I am 9days late and I have been bloated , on and off cramping and extremely tired and a consistent dull ache on my right lower back.....and moody ...... I have also have my tubes tied 9months after I had my daughter and my periods have all been normal until this month

Hello,

Periods can be delayed due to a number of causes including hormonal imbalance and pregnancy. As you had tubal ligation done so its highly unlikely for pregnancy to be the cause of pregnancy. I would suggest you to wait for a week. If still periods does not come then you need to visit hospital and get serum Beta hCG test done. It will confirm exact status of pregnancy. Further medication would be started accordingly.
