What Causes Mild Pain In Chest With Bp And Diabetes?
hi doctor my age is around 56 years, having a mild pain in my chest. Having BP problem also having diabetes problem also.
hight 5.5 weight 69 kg. went for ECG which shows some issue. then doctor suggested to go for TMT.
i then went for ECO and TMT. results are summarized as below.
ECO-consentic lvh
normal lv size
no rwma
normal lv systolic function
IVST-1.32 cm
LVIV 4.49 cm
LVPWD 1.44cm
IVSS 1.90 cm
LVIVS-2.59 cm
LVPWS-1.96 cm
LVEF-73%
AO 3.05 cm
LA-3.80 cm
Avpeak v-1.21 m/s
TMT-4 mts and 44 sec brust protocal 139 BPM 85% predicted meximal and a workload of about 6.6 meter.dyspnoea. There was a downsloping st depression in leads 2 (3.3 mm) 3 (2.1 mm). AGF 2.5 mm, V4 (3.6), v5 (3 mm) v6 (2.3) rest os the st-T changes are posibily related to RBBB. there was no Engina, arrhythmia, S3 or S4. BP went up to 200/100 mmhg. the test shows moderate functional capacity
A- hypertensive response
B-it is positive for inducible
C-myocardial ischiacmia
D- suggested stress eco thiliam cart

Well come to HCM
The over all reports are suggestive of coronary insufficiency and in such condition and looking to the test report done coronary Angiography is advisable else continue the same medicine for the diabetes tight rule of controlling glucose level need to be followed, take care.
