What Causes Migraine With Pins & Needles In Eyes Tongue & Face?

I have been suffering with dizziness, nausea, migraines and pins and needles in eyes tongue face hands and legs for the past 2 years constantly. I have been going to a craniol physiotherapist who has greatly helped the migraines, pins and needles but I still have the constant dizziness which can pick up in intensity. I have had an mri which was fine and blood tests for b12, thyroid, etc etc every test i have comes back fine. I have also seen an ent and a neurologist who are baffled and am awaiting another appointment with the neurologist. I have been on serc, stemitil, a patch behind the ear, and various migraine pills, antibiotics and anti sickness pills. I have had vestibular rehabilitation. Nothing is working and nobody can put all my symptoms into one category to get a diagnoses any help would be appreciated

Hello,

Dizziness or vertigo are both common symptoms in vestibular migraine, along side such as headache, nausea, sensitivity to light and sound. If you are getting frequent attacks you may take Beta-blockers. Calcium channel blockers. Tricyclic anti-depressants. Topiramate. Diet modification, daily life activities modification also can help you.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
