What Causes Migraine, Pain In Eyes And Nose Bleeding?

i have been experincing symtoms of migraines for sometime now but resently they have been more frequint and now a severe insteant pain above my left eye followed by nasia and now this has never happened before but it is insteantly followed by nose bleed

I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, we should first rule out hypertension in your case because epistaxis (blood from the nose) and headache are commonly seen with hypertension.
So first get done blood pressure monitoring. If it is high then you will need antihypertensive drug.
If blood pressure is normal then possibility of migraine is more.
So avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm. Avoid oily and spicy food. Avoid excessive sun exposure.
Take propranolol and flunarizine combination at night time before bed.
Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep your self hydrated.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these bit first rule out hypertension.
