What Causes Menstrual Bleeding Only During Urination?
Hi, I have a PCOS and taking up pills and metformin for medication. However, Im experiencing this, that when I have a menstruation, the blood only flows when I urinate and not like the normal way of seeing it on my pad. My menstruations only last for 3 days. Really not sure what to do. Please advise.

Your complaints are due to hormonal imbalance associated with PCOS. Usually there may be scanty flow, irregular flow, heavy flow, passage of clots or painful menstruation. Please see your gynecologist.
